Good morning - what is the best way to reach a human, to talk about QuickBooks checking account?

I spent over an hour yesterday between searching through resources provided by QB & the Chat junk. I need a human.

it is specific to specific transactions & amounts. Too much randomness and the statements don't

follow whats posted in my QBO.
