Has anyone had an error problem with exporting to QBO?

I keep getting this error message, "Error while exporting transactions. Please try again later." 
Can anyone help?

I'll share some information about the error message you encountered, pec.

 

Upon checking, we have an in-progress investigation about the inability to export to QuickBooks with an error, Error while exporting transactions. Please try again later. In this case, I recommend contacting our support team. They have the resources to get your account information securely and list you as an affected user. This way, you will be kept informed about the progress of the investigation in a timely and accurate manner. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, choose (?) Help.
  2. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

To ensure you'll reach our support team, check their operation hours to determine availability.

Thanks, I have reported my problem to Customer Care and have Case Number 15115363206.

I have had this problem since Friday, March 29th, over a week, so I thought I'd ask the Community. 

 

And BTW, I had the exact same problem in April 1, 2023 and I called customer service and got it fixed.

I called in last week with the same problem... was told it was an issue on their side... logged back on today, 4 days later and the same problem... not sure why this happens and why it cant be fixed in a timely manner.... dissapointing

I am trying to export last months paychecks from QB Online Payroll Core to QB Online.

I am having exactly the same problem, even if I narrow down the amount of columns showing.  Very very frustrating.

To get in touch with our Customer Support Team, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.

Please note that QBO Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start have office hours from 6 AM to 6 PM PT on weekdays and from 6 AM to 3 PM PT on Saturdays. QBO Advanced is available anytime, any day.
