I'll walk you through several troubleshooting steps so you can resume printing statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @gmsykes.

Before that, did you encounter any error messages when printing customer statements? Doing so will help us pinpoint the root cause of the issue and provide you with a more accurate resolution.

In some cases, an outdated cache buildup can result in unexpected behaviors with the product. You can resolve this by opening your QBO account in a private window by following these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once resolved, you can return to your default browser and clear its cache or switch to another compatible browser.

If the issue persists, check out this article for additional troubleshooting steps: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Moreover, you'll want to send automatic reminders to your customers to inform them about invoice due dates.

Please know you can always rely on the Community team to resolve your printing issues in QBO. Just leave your questions below, and we'll be quick to respond. Keep safe.
