Let me help and provide information about the multiple emails stating your account has been update in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

 

To begin with, I suggest verifying if the email that you've received is valid through this article it has all lists that are valid Intuit Emails. Security and keeping your account safe is one of our top priorities. We have a website where you can report phishing emails and other security issues. 

 

Please take note of the following information to easily spot a suspicious phishing email:  

 

  • We’ll never ask for your personal information in an email
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with “@intuit.com”
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an “intuit.com” address

 

If the email that you receive is not valid. Here's how you can report it:

 

  1. Go to this link; https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.
