For follow-up updates, I recommend contacting our customer care support team. They have all the necessary information about the investigation you mentioned and will gladly assist you further. 

Additionally, they can add you to the list of affected users and provide you with email updates on the progress. You'll also be notified as soon as the issue is resolved. 

 

Here's how to reach our support:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help menu.
  2. Hover to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  3. Type in a short description of your issue and concern in the box provided.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. 

 

Furthermore, it's possible to generate a Check Detail report and customize it to display the data in check number order. This method enables you to filter out the information you wish to view.
