To do that:

1. Go to the Help icon and select the Search tab.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Provide a short description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Click Have us call you.

Furthermore, you can activate features in QBO by modifying the company settings. This way, you can personalize the program to work the way you want it to.
