You can contact the FishBowl Live Support team to display the Purchase Order (PO) number on your invoices in QuickBooks, jtu. They can assist you in obtaining the PO number and guide you through the setup process for displaying it on your invoices.

Here’s how you can reach them:

  1. Click this direct link QuickBooks Online App Store. Or, go to the Apps menu in your QuickBooks account.
  2. Type FishBowl into the search bar.
  3. In the App information column, scroll down to get their contact number and email address.
  4. Alternatively, you can share your concerns in their support forum by clicking the link provided in the Support section.

Additionally, you can utilize the custom field feature in QuickBooks Online to add PO numbers to your invoices. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Gear ⚙ icon, then select Custom fields under the Lists column.
  2. Click on Add field.
  3. Input the name for your custom field in the Name field, and select the appropriate Data type.
  4. Choose Customer as the category.
  5. Select Invoice as the form type and enable the Print on form option.
  6. Click Save.

For further details on the process above, refer to the article: Create and edit custom fields.
