Hello. Is there an option to keep the on-line app open longer due to inactivity? I am constanly having to log in if I leave the desk for 10-15 minutes.

I'd be glad to guide you on how we can keep you logged in to your QuickBooks Online account.

You can set your account's time-out preference in the Account and Settings page. 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear Icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Advanced menu.
4. Scroll down to the Other Preferences section.
5. Click the Pencil Icon.
6. In the Sign me out if inactive for drop-down, select 3 hours.
7. Click Save.
8. Hit Done.
