WE ARE UNABLE TO PRINT HELP SCREENS.  WHEN WE SELECT PRINT IN THE WEB BROWSER IS WILL DISPLAY AND PRINT BLANK PAGES.

Printing topics is essential to have a handy copy of the steps when working on your books, Brita. I'm here to share the cause of the issue and an alternative way to fix it.

 

The ability to print articles or topics on your browser or the QuickBooks Desktop program is currently unavailable. The only printable copy is the conversation here in the QuickBooks Community.

 

In the meantime, I recommend using a snipping tool or taking a screenshot (Windows logo key + Shift + S) of the topics you want to print.

 

I also encourage you to submit article feedback to ensure this gets corrected. Let me guide you on how:

 

  1. Open the article you want to print.
  2. Next, scroll down to the bottom and select the No button.
  3. Then, add your reason or choose the Something Else option and enter a brief description of your feedback. 
  4. After that, click Submit.

 

Doing this will help our content team add the necessary updates about the articles accordingly.
