Help to find prior chat logs?

I cannot find prior chat logs, and this is becoming an issue. We were reassured our issue would be taken care of, with a case being escalated. The issue is the payroll tax team gave different information. This is causing us frustration and confusion. The issue stemmed from transferring information into QBO, the information we were provided was not transparent and hard to open cases etc.   Chat logs would assist in speaking with our rep to ease the burden.

Chat logs don't really help with much, as QB "Support" ALWAYS tells people one thing, but does another... if they do anything at all.  

 

Sorry for your struggles.  I hope you can get it figured out and find those logs.

When you contact our Payroll Support Team via chat, you'll receive an email containing the conversation with our support once the chat has ended. I suggest browsing your inbox or spam folder to locate it.

 

If you haven't received a copy, I recommend contacting our support team again. They have tools to access your previous chat logs and send them to your email saved on file. You can also monitor the progress of your escalated case and ensure the payroll tax issue gets sorted out.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  3. Select Ask about something else.
  4. Under Explain in your own words, type in your concern. Then, Continue.
  5. Choose either Have us call you or Chat with us.
