Hi! Does anyone know how to reach someone in general ledger at Quickbooks Support? I'm getting no help and have spent hours trying to resolve an issue.
I have posted and reposted a split transaction (credit card bill) manually and when I go back in to update it or post a payment, it collapses all the lines into one account. I've wasted hours and not sure what is happening on the back end. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
