Hi, I am from Pakistan. My address isn't get recognize from QBOA training app. why is that so? is it because you cant enter Pakistani address or something else?

Let's investigate what causes the address not being recognized from the QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) app for you to access the training and certifications, Huzai.

If you're using the QBOA training app (US version), it will not recognize addresses from Pakistan, as this version is tailored for companies and users based in the US.

If you use the QBOA (Pakistan version), you can take advantage of QBO Global version, which is designed for International users and accepts Pakistani addresses. Then, ensure  to enter the address in the format specified by app.

However, if you already have a QBOA account, there's no need to enter the address in the training app. You need to sign in to your account and access the Training tab to start a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification course. Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Go to ProAdvisor.
3. Click Training and select Start learning. You'll automatically be signed in to the ProAdvisor Academy via a new tab.
4. After you pass your certification in ProAdvisor Academy, sign in to Credly. To accept your badge, use the same email address you used for your certification.
