Hi - I can't seem to reply to my previous post, when I try it gives me an authentication error, and sends me back to the front page when I hit Sign In?

I want to make sure you can reply to your previous post, cstarr.

First, ensure that you're logged in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. After that, follow these steps to respond to your previous post:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Community page.
  2. Click the profile icon beside your username.
  3. Choose My profile.
  4. Select the Replies or Posts tab.
  5. Click one of your posts.

If you encounter the same error, try using the Incognito or Private mode using the following keyboard shortcuts to see if the issue is related to your browser:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

If the issue persists, switch to a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. Your current browser might be experiencing a temporary problem with QuickBooks, and using a new browser might help you get back to work.

If you need further assistance with managing your QuickBooks account, feel free to leave a comment below, and I'd be happy to help. Take care, cstarr!
