Hi I cannot find an invoice in my QB Desktop that I created on 09/23/2023 and emailed to the customer. Help please

Hi there, @Tra211. I'm here to help you locate the invoice you've created and emailed to your customer in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

We can utilize the Find feature of the program to easily locate the invoice transaction you've made to that specific date. I can walk you through the steps on how.

1. Open your QBDT.
2. Press Ctrl + F to open the Find window.
3. Hover to the Advanced tab. Once there, click Reset to remove any filters in the Current choices.
4. Head to the Filter section and select Date. Customize it to when the invoice was made. 
5. Go to the Filter section, then choose Transaction type. Pick Invoice in the Transaction dropdown to narrow down your choices.
6. Click Find.
