Thank you for getting help with creating two purchase orders using one estimate. I'll guide you through the process.

To do this, you'll want to copy the estimate to the purchase order for a vendor, and remove the items that do not belong to that order. Then, copy the estimate again to another PO for another vendor and remove the other items. You can close the estimate after copying it to the two POs.
