Home page button for QB Desktop not opening

It's good to have you here, @monthly billing. I understand that this has been challenging on your end since you expected that after the Sonoma 14.0 update, your QBDT should run smoothly. Let me share info to make you feel at ease.

Currently, an investigation (INV-93522) about QB Mac being unable to load and open the Home page after updating to Sonoma OS has been created. Considering this, we recommend contacting QBDT for Mac live support to add you as one of the affected users. Once updates are ready, you will be notified through email. Here's how to contact them:

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Give a brief description of your issue, then pick Continue.
4. Sign in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account. 
5. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
6. Choose to chat with us or Have us call you.

Are you on macOS Sonoma? If so there's a bug in Sonoma that crashes the home page and the tabbing in some cases. 2024, 2023 and 2022 and 2021 (I think? Its hard to keep track) have all been updated. Run QuickBooks->Check for Updates... and apply any updates available.

Older versions won't be updated but I'm hoping that Apple will release a bug fix in a future update to Sonoma.
