Horrible customer service
Has anyone else noticed a horrendous customer service experience in Quickbooks lately? When I first joined 6 months ago, I had a support technician who had NO IDEA how to transition from Quickbooks desktop to QBO. Turns out all that was needed was to download and then upload different files from QBD to QBO. Once I asked for help, they said they couldn't do it. I asked about a fee to do it. Still nope. So I slogged through three days until I was there. Every time I call tech support, the customer support department cannot answer. If asked to escalate it in real-time to someone who can, they report not having anyone they can escalate to. The straw that broke the camel's back here is calling in to ask if the PO number can show up in the subject line of the email, this overly entitled customer rep simply said it cannot be done. Period. This seems strange since all that is needed is an inserted field. She once again said she could not escalate and no one could accept my call. She nebulously said she would email the developers but couldn't cc me. Because of past issues, I said well how would I know that you actually do this, because I never receive a resolution to any issues I have had in my 6 months of being a member. She continued to talk over me and when I got louder so that she could hear me, she kept talking telling me to tone it down!! Excuse me??!?!?! You work for Intuit and you are talking over me because you do not have a solution. How unprofessional is that? When I call back in, there is an HOUR wait! I am DONE. Inuit has lost my business. Charmaine- I am so sorry your life sucks. Get a new job! You are not a people person! I would encourage you to explore a data-centered position. Lastly- does anyone recommend another bookkeeping software with inventory capabilities?
