Horrible new layout

Why they removed the tracking # field?? Why they removed the ship date field? Why they removed the ship via field??? Subtotal field?? This is something I really need, definitely I’m going to cancel the subscription, don’t make any sense paying for something so limited, the old layouts was way better, now so limited

I understand what you feel, @saultrn. This isn't the experience we want you to have. I'll share some information about this new layout.

 

If you're pertaining to the invoice and estimates in QuickBooks Online, those fields mentioned above aren't available in the new experience. Thus, please know that Simple Start users can't switch back to the old one.

 

We value your opinion and suggestions about how this feature works. I suggest submitting feedback to our product engineers. This way, they can determine how to improve existing functionalities and develop new ones to cater to the needs of our customers. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your company and choose Feedback under Profile
  2. Enter your product ideas in the field box.
  3. Click Next to submit.

The engineers don't care about your feedback. It does no good. Just a waste of time. None of the changes are improvements, It's like every few months quickbooks comes into your office where you've got everything organized and working just how you need it, and then they shuffle everything around so you can waste weeks of your time trying to get things to work again.

I completely agree. From reports to invoices, the new layouts are indeed horrible. The first thing I do when I open a journal report is switch to classic view. The updated one hurts my eyes and is much more difficult to read. The new invoices are equally as bad. I will stay with my version as long as I possibly can. The best thing QB can do is give us the option, but do they really listen to what everyday users say?
