Intuit doesn't offer a product or feature named Hostbooks, and there's nothing that officially has to do with QuickBooks which goes by the title Hostbooks.

If you're referring to a third party company that has built a platform to connect with QuickBooks, I'd recommend getting in touch with their support team if you have any further questions about the product you're working with.

As I know Hostbooks is a cloud based accounting app for India companies. It has nothing to do with Intuit or QuickBooks. Is your company located in the US, India or another country?
