Question

How can I connect my Revolut account which also holds a EUR balance, but it does not show when I try to link in to QBO (the USD account is already connected) ?

Hello there, Chris.

Since your Revolut USD account is already connected but your EUR account isn’t showing up when you try to link it, it could be that multicurrency isn’t enabled or set up in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Enabling the Multicurrency feature is essential to properly manage and record transactions in different currencies, such as your EUR Revolut account alongside your USD account. Without this feature turned on, QBO won’t recognize or allow you to connect accounts in foreign currencies.

Here's how to enable it:

  1. Navigate to the Gear Icon (Settings), then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.

  3. In the Currency section, select Edit.
  4. From the Home Currency dropdown, choose your currency.

  5. Click the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  6. Once done, click Save.

After enabling the Multicurrency feature, you can now link your Revolut EUR bank account to QBO.

Thanks, but I have already enabled the multicurrency feature long before I connected any account. So this is not the problem here.
