I created and saved a DE34 by mistake. It should have been for another company. How can I delete/remove the form from the "Saved Filings?"

I’ve got you covered in removing or deleting forms from saved filings in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Nimaacc. With this, we can maintain accurate records on our devices.

To start, you can delete it by following the steps below:

  1. Open your company file, and go to the Employees menu.
  2. From there, select the Payroll Center, and navigate to the File Forms tab.
  3. In the Filing History section, find the form DE34.
  4. Click the link under the SAVED PDF column.
  5. Copy the file location after opening it.
  6. Open your File Manager from your computer and paste it into the search bar.
  7. After locating it in your computer's file, right-click it then Delete it.
