How can I get a phone call back from quickbooks for a complain?

I'm really frustrated with QuickBooks. I've spent over 15 hours with a specialist  trying to fix the payroll export to QuickBooks Online. They promised multiple time a return call, but I only get emails saying the problem with case number yx is  resolved, which isn't true. While on the phone  with them qb crashed and speciliast and myself couldn't log into account . How can I reach a real specialist to get this figured out?
