How can i get someone to call and talk to me??

I was unaware that my customers could pay through here. I now see that one has paid my invoice via credit card and i have no idea where it went or how to process it. Please do not allow anymore cc payments though this platform. I also see that this one transaction cost me over $300 dollars for this transaction. I expect immediate response on how i can deal with this issue. Thank you.

If you're unaware that your customers can pay through QuickBooks Online, then your QuickBooks Payments may be linked to your QuickBooks Online account.

 

You can refer to this article on how to check your subscriptions: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online

 

If you don't want to continue using your QuickBooks Payments, you can cancel it anytime.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center as an admin user.
  2. Select the Account tab and then Account Profile.
  3. Click Close Account. If you don't see this option, make sure you're signed in as the account admin. If you still have problems, reach out to our support team.
  4. In the Reason for closing dropdown, select a reason, and add any comments you'd like to share.
  5. Once you're ready, select Submit.

 

Once we process your request, an email will be sent within a day that confirms your QuickBooks Payments account is closed.
