How can I get the "memo" field to print on my preprinted deposit slip and summary?

Let me share some information about the memo field in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The feature to customize the bank slip to include the memo field is currently unavailable. Thus, you can only view the memo you entered in the program and can't view it once it is printed. With this, I recommend sending your valuable feature request to add this feature to our future program updates to improve the quality of the product and your experience with QBO.

Here's how to send feedback:

1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
3. Select Next to submit.

You can visit the Customer Feedback page to track your request and see the latest updates in QuickBooks. 

Additionally, if you want to combine all payments in a single transaction, you can deposit it in the Undeposited Funds account. You can also review it to clear out any payments waiting to be deposited.
