How can I log in. I'm getting a circle and it says... We're fetching your data. It's saturday, no chat, no call back. Can you help me please?

How long does it take to fetch my data? This seems like about five minutes. Should I give up?

If you're having trouble signing in, it could be due to excessive cache buildup in your browser. Let's isolate the issue by opening your account in a private window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, log in to your QBSE account. If you're able to sign in, return to your original browser to clear its cache or use another compatible one. It could be a temporary issue with QBSE or the browser you're currently using.

 

Moreover, you can run financial reports in QBSE and export them into a CSV file so you can get a detailed overview of your company operations.
