How can I print 1096 forms

I understand your concern regarding the unavailability of the print option for Form 1096 in QuickBooks Online. Allow me to provide you with some information on this matter. 

If you choose to file your tax returns electronically, the submission of Form 1096 isn't required by the IRS. However, if you choose to file manually, you'll need to fill out the 1096 form and mail it along with the 1099s. When you're on the File 1099s page, you can click on the View summary button to obtain the needed info. Once the form is completed, attach it to the 1099 copy and send it to the IRS.
