How can we try the PO and Bill Approval workflow features in the trial version of QB Desktop 2024

Thanks for reaching out to us, @4Gal. I'm here to share information on how to access the approval workflow feature in the new QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2024.
Currently, the Bill and Purchase Order (PO) approval workflow is an exclusive feature available in QBDT Enterprise Platinum and Diamond subscriptions. For now, it is unavailable in the trial version. That said, I recommend subscribing to the compatible plan to ensure you'll be able to access the feature.
You may also contact our Sales department for more in-depth information regarding the features available in the new QBDT 2024 and ask for assistance choosing the appropriate subscription. To do that, go to this link: QuickBooks Enterprise. Then, select Talk to Sales.
