As long as your printer is connected to the computer you're using QuickBooks on, you can select it from your Printer Setup screen.
Here's how:
In the top menu bar, go to File, then Printer Setup.
Choose which form you want to print.
Select a printer. Make sure your printer name matches the exact name of the printer you want to use. If it doesn't, you'll need to correct your setup in the computer's Printer Setup.

Regarding the printer issue, my problem is that my printer is hooked up to my computer that I am working on remotely, but it does not show up when I go to print. I have tried several things to set it up to use my printer with my QB Enterprise, but it will not pick up my connected printer. It will not show anywhere even though I am printing from it for other things.
