It could be that these bank transactions you've mentioned are in the Categorize or Exclude section inside your Banking tab. With that said, you'll want to check those sections on your banking page. If the transactions show there, you'll want to click the Undo below the Action column to get them back into your For Review section.
Also, to ensure this has nothing to do with your browser, you'll want to access your company in an incognito or private browser. You can use these shortcut keys:
