I know it's important to edit and print a packing slip in QuickBooks Online, lynwood330. I've got you covered.

The packing slip in QuickBooks Online is a standard format. Therefore, you're unable to edit it. You can customize your sales forms to add the details you want to include.

To print the packing slip, I'd suggest following these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then choose Customers.
  2. Select the customer's name to display their transactions.
  3. From the Transaction List tab, select the invoice or sales receipt you want to print a Packing Slip.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down menu, then choose Print packing slip.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you learn how to import the personalized template for your invoices or estimates in QuickBooks Online: Design your Custom Form Style.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance printing your packing slip, lynwood330. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.

Hello, pacapparel.

I understand how frustrating it can be that we're not able to print packing slip. Rest assured; we will get this sorted out in just a few simple clicks.

I've checked and found no reported issues related to this. To check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources causing issues like when you can't print packing slips, let's sign in to your QuickBooks using a private browser.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, try to print your packing slip again to double-check. Let's also make sure that our PDF reader and browser is updated.

If it's successful, let's return your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Aside from that, we can also learn more about handling your sales and other customer transactions through this link: Topics about your company's income and customers.

In case we have other questions about printing packing slip or modifying your invoices, you can always tag me in reply. I'll be here to answer any queries you may have. Stay safe and have a good one!

Hello, @litzi.

Welcome to the Community. Let me help you in printing and edit the packing slip in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, I'd like to reiterate what my colleague mentioned about how you print packing slips. Then, we can also download the packing slip by clicking the Download icon, then edit it outside QBO.

Regarding the APP,  I recommend visiting our QuickBooks App Center. This way, we'll be able to find a third-party application that can customize the packing slip. You can follow the steps below in searching the app:

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online.
  2. Choose Apps from the sidebar menu.
  3. Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.

Additionally, I suggest visiting the Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates articles. It provides additional details about the imported templates.

I've included this article for more information about managing invoices: How to add custom fields to invoices.

If there’s anything else I can help you with, click the Reply button and post a comment. I’ll be right here ready to help you. Have a good one.

Hi there, TIC1.

Print a packing slip in QBO does not include the cost or sales price of the item. It only contains the item, quantity, and other important shipping information when shipping goods to your customers.
