How do I edit and update the quickbooks@notification.intuit.com emails?

An email using the automatic notification system is currently wrong. I need to update the reports attached and I need to update the sender. How do I find this area to process updates?

I understand the need for the software to be able to edit the email your clients see when receiving notifications from your company. I'm here to provide some insights about this.

 

By default, QBO uses quickbooks@notification.intuit.com to ensure that the transactions sent to your clients have gone through Intuit’s secure network. For security purposes, editing the email isn't allowed. Your customer-facing email, however, will still show on the sheets of the transactions and reports that you will send to your clients.

 

As a workaround, I suggest downloading transactions like invoices or reports and sending them to email-service platforms outside of QuickBooks like Gmail.
