Question

How do I edit the 'per item' price level field in an inventory item?

I need to use the price level type of 'per item' for a customer who has contract pricing.  I have defined the price level and can add it to the column list when looking at inventory item records, but have not been able to figure out how to edit it.  Any help would be appreciated. I've attached a clip of the price level and a portion of the item list showing the price level field.

    Hi there, Deb4Lites.

Thank you for turning to the Community for support. I'm here to lend a hand with editing the prices per item in your QuickBooks Desktop account.

This can be done in a few steps. Here's how:

    1. Select Lists, then select Price Rule List.
    2. Right-click a price rule.
    3. Select:
       - Edit Price Rule to edit the rule.
       - Delete Price Rule to delete a rule.
       - Make Price Rule Inactive to disable a rule.

I'm linking a couple of articles I believe you'll find helpful:
