How do I fix this. were working on this at the same time. Terry finished before you did, so your work was not saved.

In the meantime, please review the Audit Log to see all modifications made in your company file. It will help us determine if someone else is currently working at the same time as you. Follow the steps outlined below.
 
  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Filter the User, Date Changed, and Events to narrow down the results.
  3. Scan the generated list.
 
Once confirmed, you can ask them to log out temporarily while you save your work.
 
However, if there's no activity in the Audit log, access your QuickBooks account via a private browser. This doesn't retain local files, so it helps rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. Use these keyboard shortcuts:
 
  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N
 
Save your work from there. If this works, clear the browser's cache to remove the built-up cache to eliminate accumulated data in your default browser and start fresh. You can also consider other supported browsers as alternatives.

Thank you for the help. I am the one one using quickbooks. I cleared my browser history and it still says the same thing
