How do I get a copy of the file 1096 form. used intuit to file my 1099s. received confirmation that 1099s were mailed.

If Intuit files your forms for you, they'll be available to view and print 35 days after the end of their quarters. Amended forms are available once your case is complete.

Here's how to access them:
 

1. In the left navigation bar, go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Open your Filings tab.
3. Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
4. Find a form you want to get a copy of and select it.
5. Once it's opened, you can print copies if necessary.
