How do I get QBO to load sales tax info on Chrome?

Upon checking here on the system, we have an ongoing investigation about the Sales Tax center being unresponsive or unable to load. With that, I suggest reaching out directly to our QuickBooks Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once added, you will receive an email if there's an update. Here's how you can reach out to them:
 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
3. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
4. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.
