Hi there, @leslye1. I recognize the importance of showing sales tax information in QuickBooks Online so you can continue completing your tasks. Don't worry, I'm here to ensure we're doing our best here on our end.

Upon checking here on the system, we have an ongoing investigation about the Sales Tax center being unresponsive or unable to load. This means that other users are experiencing the same issue as well. Rest assured, our product engineering team is already aware of this and is doing their best to provide a resolution as soon as possible.

With that, I suggest reaching out directly to our QuickBooks Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once added, you will receive an email if there's an update. Here's how you can reach out to them:

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Please consider checking our available hours when contacting them to ensure we address your concern in a timely manner.

We appreciate your patience regarding this matter. Please keep me posted on how it goes in the comments below. If you have other QuickBooks-related concerns, feel free to leave a reply. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish your business continued success, @leslye1.
