How do I get the Quickbooks 1099 Early bird discount?? It is not showing up on my $$ total when I complete my 1099's and get to the last screen for payment

I have 43 1099's NEC to send.   I have them done and all ready to upload.  The 1099 screens say that if done before January 15th there is an early bird discount.  That discount is NOT populating for me. any hints on how to make that appear?

I see you're having some difficulties completing your 1099s in QuickBooks.

 

There are specific promotions with eligibility criteria that must be met to receive the Early Bird discount. While I'm unable to check and review your account, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They have the right tools to pull up your account and verify your subscription 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?).
  3. Select the Search tab, then Contact Us.
  4. Enter a description of your concern, then hit Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect:
     
  • Start a chat with a support.
  • Get a callback from the next available support.
