How do I go about printing shipping labels on quickbooks online?

We just recently swapped from quickbooks desktop to quickbooks online because the price increased so much it felt forced on us basically. However we can't figure out how to print shipping labels. There are few app options but you'd figure since quickbooks is pushing people towards online they would have shipping labels figured out. Quickbooks desktop had a send/ship option why doesn't online? We were assured by quickbooks that online has all the same bells and whistles as desktop.

I recently submitted a ticket with shiprush to get help setting up the shiprush with the website and quickbooks. Because it wasn't working. That's been 3 days ago. Why are we having to rely on a 3rd party company to print shipping labels now? It doesn't make any sense.

I know how convenient it is to print shipping labels in QuickBooks Online especially if we're in a retail or e-commerce business. Allow me to assist you with this.

There are feature differences between QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop and one of those is the ability to print shipping labels. While QuickBooks Online doesn't have this option, you'll want to let our developers know that you need to have this feature by sending feedback. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

For now, you'll want to continue using a third-party application to print shipping labels.
