How do I link an existing, long-time QuickBooks Time account to a new QuickBooks Online account? I had to setup QBO as a new company, and I do not see how to link them.

I'll share information about linking your QuickBooks Time (QB Time) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically integrates any new or edited information in QuickBooks with QB Time. Thus, it'll prompt you to create a new QB Time account in QBO. You'll need to enter your data manually into QBO.

As an alternative, you can export your data in QB Time since you have an immense amount of time data to add. Then, import it into QBO.

Otherwise, I recommend contacting our QB Time support team. They know the best process to manage your ten years' data to sync it into QBO from QB Time. 

Here's how to reach out to them through QB Time:

1. Go to Help and search for existing Product Help articles.
2. If you can't find an answer to your question, select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
4. From there, choose a way to connect with us.

Check their available hours so your queries will be addressed promptly.
