Welcome to the Community, @csovik.

I'll help you fix a rejected 1099 in QuickBooks Online.

In QuickBooks Online, you can fix a rejected error manually.

If you already know the forms that were rejected, you can void them and correct the information that caused the rejection.

Select Void forms from the 1099 filings tab. This will void all forms that have been rejected.

To correct the information, you need to review your company and contractor info. See this article for the detailed steps: Fix rejected 1099 forms.

You can then e-file your 1099 forms again. If you already paid for your 1099 e-filings, you won't get charged when you resubmit.

Once done, contractors will be mailed a new paper and electronic copy of their 1099 form.

For future reference, you can read this article about 1099s: Get answers to your 1099 questions.

Let me know if you have questions about submitting an amended 1099 form. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
