Only Admin users can choose to opt out of the new feature, Blaetz. I’ll share more details about this below.

The new QuickBooks Online experience displays essential business tasks, such as creating invoices and sending estimates, through a tile interface, allowing customers to quickly access important tools and information in one place. Additionally, it enables integration with TurboTax and Mailchimp accounts, enhancing the user experience. Here are the instructions on how to opt out:

  1. Sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Switch. You will see a survey about your decision to leave the new QuickBooks.

If you want to personalize invoiced and estimates, you can read this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you require additional help in the new interface, feel free to revisit this thread so I can assist you further. I'll keep my notifications on.

Thanks Antoinette. I am the admin. And I had already done what you suggested. However, it seems to have created problems filling certain fields on invoices and estimates. If I log out and go back in, I can sometimes clear it up enough to move forward.

I understand that you're experiencing issues with filling certain fields on invoices and estimates, @blaetzelectric. Rest assured, I'm here to help you resolve this. Let's first try a simple troubleshooting step to identify the root cause of this issue.

Let's start by accessing your account in a private browsing session. This helps us verify if any browser extensions or cache are affecting the functionality.

Here’s how you can open your browser in incognito mode based on the type you are using:

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the error doesn't happen in incognito mode, it's likely caused by your browser's cache and cookies. To fix this, clear these elements from your browser settings and attempt the process once more. Should the issue persist, consider switching to a different supported browser for a better experience.

For tailored invoices and estimates that better suit your needs, I recommend exploring the guide available in the article:
Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This resource provides detailed instructions to enhance your documents efficiently.

If you have any more questions or need additional help navigating the new features, please don't hesitate to come back to this thread. I'm here to support you every step of the way and will be keeping an eye out for any updates from you. Have a good one!
