Hello, kathy643. I know a way so you can print your Check Register.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can go to the Chart of Accounts and then select your account so you can print your Check Register. Please know that you'll need to click Next whenever you want to print the other page.

Let me show you how:

  1. In your left navigation panel, go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
  3. Double-click the account or press the View register option.
  4. Click the Print icon located above the Balance column.
  5. From the Destination dropdown, choose the name of your printer.
  6. Click the More Settings dropdown to review if everything is set.
  7. Once done, click Print.

To see all of your transactions, you can run a Transaction Detail by Account, then customize it so it is specific to Checking.

Furthermore, you can export your reports to Microsoft from QuickBooks Online if you want to use your reports outside of QuickBooks.

I'll be here whenever you need help printing your Bank register or anything that comes to your mind. Let me know and I'll be happy to guide you.
