How do I print a packing list in Premier Plus Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2023?

I have Premier Plus Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2023.

 

We have a customer who would like a packing slip to go with the product when it's shipped. It would need to have the part numbers and quantity being shipped at that time.

 

I've checked the Help button in the program, but it's no help. I'd say the first question to ask is can Quickbooks print out a packing list?

It's my pleasure to help you print a packing list in QuickBooks Premier Plus Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2023.

 

QuickBooks Desktop allows you to print your packing slips one at a time or through the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet. From here, you can preview the slip to see which fields are included when you print it.

 

Here are the steps you can follow to accomplish your task.

 

  1. Go to the Customers menu and select Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet. 
  2. Choose a customer from the Sales Orders list and sort it.
  3. Mark the Packing Slips box.
  4. Click Print.
  5. Click Preview to see how the form looks like, then select Print when your ready to print it.
