How do I print an archived employees w-2 form?

Hi there, @victoriahansmann. Printing archived employees' W-2 forms only takes a few clicks in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to guide you through the process.

You can print the archived W2s through the Payroll Tax Center. Here's how:

1. Click on Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Tap on Filings, then select Resources.
3. Select Archived forms and filings.
4. Set the date range you need, or search the forms you need.
5. Hit View on the W-2 or W-3 form you want to print.
6. Select the print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then select Print again.

If you have enhanced payroll, you can do it by following these steps:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section, click on View and Print Archived Forms.
3. Tap on W-2, Copies B, C & 2 from the second drop-down menu.
4. Select the W-2 form you want to print or download.
5. Click the View button and this will open the PDF on a new window. 
6. Hit the Download or Print icon.
