How do I print an envelope in QB online

Hello there, @janehuggins. I want to make sure you can print an envelope in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO offers window envelopes called Forms Envelope. Let me provide you the steps for a seamless process:
 

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom Form Styles under Your Company tab.
3. Select a form, then Edit. ( Note: If this is your first time customizing a form, Select New style and choose a type of transaction).
4. Select Design.
5. Select Edit Print Settings.
6. Leave a check on the box next to Fit printed form with pay stub in window envelope.
7. Click Done.
