How do I print the Chart of Accounts without balances columns?

Printing your chart of accounts without the balances column is easy peasy, @ojita.

You can simply remove the columns from the settings before printing the Chart of Accounts (COA) itself. I'll gladly show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select the Chart of accounts.
3. Tap the small gear icon beside the print icon.
4. Uncheck the QuickBooks balance and Bank balance.
   
5. Click the Print icon to complete the process.
