If you have already filed using the service, you can easily print the payroll forms even after canceling your subscription. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Taxes menu. 
2. Choose Payroll tax and then Filings tab. 
   
3. Select the dropdown menu for the W-2 form tab. 
4. Hit Manage W-2s. 
   
5. Click View and print.
