How do I remove an Invoice from the deposit window? We are using QB Enterprise Manufacturing Desktop.--

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks! I am assuming you mean the payments.  You would simply need to edit the transaction on the invoice and choose where you would like it to go. Here's how:

1. Locate the transaction on the register.
2. Select the Edit option and make changes accordingly.
