Nice to see you here in the Community, @usertony3. I'm aware of the importance of managing your business with QuickBooks Online (QBO) flawlessly. Please know this isn't the kind of impression I want you to have with QBO.
The pop-ups are intended to assist our users in effortlessly exploring QBO. Since this interferes with your ability to conduct business, I suggest selecting the X or No, thanks buttons to get rid of the pop-up windows.
If you're using Google Chrome, you can follow this article to guide you on how to block the ads: Block certain ads.
Additionally, you can enable the pop-up blocker in your browser. I'll show you how.
Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
Select Site Settings (Google Chrome) or Permission for this site (Mozilla browser).
Hover to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and choose Block from the drop-down menu.
Here's how for the Safari browser:
Open your Safari browser.
Click Safari, then Preferences.
Select Websites at the top
Click Pop-up Windows on the left sidebar
Then select Block in the pop-up menu for the website.
On the other hand, you can send feedback to our Product Developer team. This way, they can review and consider adding a feature where you can disable the ads in the program.
