If you want to view sent invoice emails in QuickBooks Online, check them through the Audit log and find the emails you've sent in their history. 

 

Otherwise, you'll want to pull up and customize the Transaction List by Customer report to show all transactions you've sent. I'm here to help you accomplish this.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Locate and open the Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Select Rows/Columns and then choose Status.
  5. Under Filter, select Transaction Type and Invoice.
  6. On the Sent drop-down menu, select All. Then, hit Run report.

Moreover, if you want a section where you can view all sent invoice emails directly, there's no way to do that in QBO. However, you can activate the Email Me a Copy feature to receive your copy of the emailed transaction moving forward.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Accounts and Settings.
  2. Click on the Sales tab.
  3. Under Messages, tick on Email me a copy.
  4. Then, hit Save.
