How do you connect Shopify Balance to my Quickbooks online account? I have tried to link the account and it just keeps giving me an error.

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. In the left panel, click Find apps. 
  3. Type "Shopify" and look for the specific app. 
  4. Then, click Get app now

 

If you weren't able to search for the Shopify app, that means it isn't supported yet. That said, I'd recommend getting in touch with them and requesting to enable the integration.
